What Pracjack is

Pracjack is a blackjack and card-counting training app run by a small independent team. The chips are fake, no real money is ever wagered or won, and nothing here is gambling. It's for practice and education. You must be at least 18 years old to use Pracjack. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

What we collect

• Your Google account email, via the sign-in screen — it's your identity in the app and how your progress follows you between devices.
• Gameplay data: hands played, decisions, accuracy, bankroll results, course progress, and the display name you choose for the leaderboard.
• Voice, when you use voice mode: your speech is converted to text commands and coaching questions. Session transcripts (what you said and what the coach said back) are kept in our logs — we read them to fix bugs and improve the coaching. Voice only listens while you have voice mode on.
• Referral connections: if you arrived through a friend's share link, we record who invited you.

We do not collect payment details (there's nothing to buy), precise location, or contacts, and we don't run ads or third-party trackers.

How long we keep it

• Session transcripts and detailed event logs: 90 days, then automatically deleted.
• Profile and course progress: while your account remains active, or until you ask us to delete it.
• Feedback: up to one year, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
• Rotating encrypted/off-machine backups: up to 30 additional days after live data is removed.

Service providers may keep limited security or operational records under their own published retention policies.

Who touches the data

We don't sell or share your data with anyone for marketing. It lives on our servers (Google Cloud) and passes through the services that make the app work: Cloudflare (sign-in and networking), OpenAI (understanding your voice commands and answering strategy questions), and ElevenLabs (the dealer's voice). Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

What other players see

Only your display name and game results (leaderboard standing, hands played, accuracy, whether you're currently at the table). Your email and transcripts are never shown to other players.

Deleting your data

Ask and we'll remove your profile, progress, session logs, feedback, referral connections, and active cost counters. Email support@pracjack.com from the address you sign in with — deletions are honored within a week. Data already present in rotating backups expires within 30 days.

House rules (the terms bit)

• Pracjack is provided as-is, free of charge while in beta, with no warranty. It may change, break, or take a night off.
• The chips, bankrolls, and leaderboard standings have no monetary value — they can't be bought, sold, or cashed out.
• Don't abuse the service: no flooding, probing, impersonating others, or offensive display names. We enforce limits automatically and may remove accounts that try to break things.
• Card counting is a legal skill of skilled play; what a casino thinks of it is between you and the casino. Pracjack teaches the math — the rest is on you.
